Duties:

• Phone support/dispatch: receive client IT requests over the phone or by email, take down accurate description of the problem, and dispatch the appropriate technical personnel.
• Normal office duties such as filing work orders and other paperwork,
• Web site content population: tasks include transferring content from old site to new site, obtaining content from client and inserting in new site pages, updating web content using our Content Management Interface (training will be provided)

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with using computers
• Typing skills
• MS Office familiarity - MS Word and Excel.

Duties:

• Provide on-site, and remote PC and network technical support to clients.
• Issues cover a wide range of IT requests such as setup of PCs and peripherals, network issues troubleshooting and repair, application setup, configuration and troubleshooting.

Skills:

• The ideal candidate should posses working knowledge of PC hardware architecture.
• Preferably A+ or/and Network+ certified. Knowledge of Windows operating system architecture, setup, troubleshooting is needed.
• MCP certification is a plus.
• Networking knowledge such as connectivity methods and TCP/IP protocol.
